Hyatt To Add Two Hotels In India

GURGAON and LUDHIANA, INDIA—Hyatt Hotels Corp. plans to open Hyatt Regency properties in these two cities by the end of the year.

The 452-room Hyatt Regency Gurgaon will feature more than 42,700 sq. ft. of meeting and event space, including a 24,000-sq.-ft. ballroom, as well as three destination restaurants, spa and fitness center. The 167-room Hyatt Regency Ludhiana will feature 7,500 sq. ft of meeting and event space, two destination restaurants, spa and fitness center.

The new hotels will bring the total number of Hyatt-branded properties under development in India to 55.
