Artist's rendering of the Hard Rock Hotel Cancun that will debut in August.

MIAMI—The All Inclusive Collection, based here, will reflag the Cancun Palace and Vallarta Palace resorts to Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, effective August 1, marking the brand's debut in Mexico.

These hotels will join Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic.

Additionally, the All Inclusive Collection will debut another all-inclusive Hard Rock Hotel when its Aventura Palace is rebranded to Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya in early 2013.

The four properties are owned and operated by an affiliate of the company by means of licensing agreements from Hard Rock International.

Both Hard Rock Hotel Cancun and Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta will offer Hard Rock’s signature Rock Star Suites and will showcase an extensive collection of memorabilia from international and local music artists, while incorporating diverse music genres. Both will also include the signature Rock Spa and Sound of Your Stay program designed to provide guests with music experiences during their stay. Additionally, each property will host an ongoing schedule of live concerts, celebrity-driven events and other on-site activities.

The Hard Rock Hotel Cancun will offer 601 guestrooms, all featuring private balconies and water views, five restaurants, including a new Brazilian steakhouse, five bars and lounges, a spa with outdoor palapa-style massage areas, an expansive poolscape and meeting facilities including a 16,408-sq.-ft. convention center.

Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta, located on the beaches of Bahia de Banderas, near Puerto Vallarta in the heart of Riviera Nayarit, has 348 guestrooms, four restaurants, four bars, two swimming pools, and 6,300 sq. ft. of meeting facilities.
