KSL To Acquire Grove Park Inn

ASHVILLE, NC–KSL Capital Partners, LLC, has agreed to acquire the historic 512-room Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa here.

Currently owned by an affiliate of Sammons Enterprises, Inc., the resort sits between the Blue Ridge and Great Smoky Mountains. The purchase price was not disclosed.

As part of the resort's 100th anniversary next year, Denver-based KSL plans an extensive $25 million property-wide renovation.
