SAN FRANCISCO—Pebblebrook Hotel Trust has purchased the 108-room Hotel Milano, here, for $30 million from an undisclosed seller.
Pebblebrook, a REIT, plans to invest an additional $8-10 million in a complete renovation of the property, which is located in the downtown South of Market and Convention Center sub-market. The renovation is expected to last a year.
